Shelburne is known for its quality construction. What most people don't know is that we do all types and sizes of construction projects. This is a demolition of an original one car garage that had been added on to with different floors and sagging walls. We demolished the garage, separating the materials for complete recycling of the existing garage. We designed a new 3 car sized garage to be used for an artists studio, home office and storage. The project took about 2 months to fully complete and was in the price range of $35,000.
Our team can tackle any project. For this client we designed a new master bathroom eliminating the seldom used soaking tub and installing a second vanity and beautiful tile shower. Work also included tile flooring, additional storage cabinetry in place of a glass block wall, new plumbing fixtures and bath hardware. We also custom designed the mirror frames to match the cabinets. We replaced the tops with granite and tile backsplashes for both bathrooms. A raised platform for the washer dryer for easier access, new countertops and tile floor finished out the laundry room.
